Tangy Marinated Country Ribs
Time: Inactive - Overnight Active - 3 hours Serving: 3-4 Level: Easy Ingredients: 2 lbs county pork ribs 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp dark brown sugar 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 cup raw organic honey 1/2 cup sriracha sauce 1 red onion Directions: To make the marinade, in a large glass or non-reactive metal bowl combine the teriyaki sauce, dark brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, and mustard. Stir until fully mixed together and add the country pork ribs. Cover the ribs in an air-tight container and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Once the meat has fully marinated, add to a slow cooker or crockpot with the marinade. Cook on the low setting for at least 1 hour. In a small mixing bowl add the honey and sriracha and mix well.
