"We're not discussing politics, Karen" Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped pork shoulder bacon

2 lbs fresh green beans
1/2 cup white wine
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 family size can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup shredded aged parmesan cheese
1 can fried onions

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium heat add 2 tbsp of olive oil and chopped pork shoulder. Sauté until lightly crispy (about 5 minutes). Add salt and pepper for flavor.
2) Rinse the green beans and snap or cut off the tips. Slowly add the green beans to the olive oil. Sauté green beans in pork shoulder bacon for about 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and crushed garlic. Slowly stir together and allow to simmer covered on low-medium heat for 15 minutes.
3) Add the can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and slowly fold into the green beans with a large spoon. Slowly fold in the shredded aged parmesan cheese.
4) Transfer to a large casserole dish and evenly layer into dish. Sprinkle the fried onions over the top of the casserole and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When finished, allow to cool on stove for about 10 minutes before serving.
